Missing logs

Between 11:00 and 14:00 (CET) on Sunday, November 10, we experienced an issue on our server responsible for logging events (deliveries, retries, bounces, webtracker activity). As a result, these events are possibly not registered. Follow-up actions based on these events have not been executed.

When you are missing logs in your log files within this time frame, this can be explained by this problem. For further questions, please contact our support team at support@copernica.com.
